F*** this day….

One of my family's horses, Andy, has been sick for some time and he didn't get better no matter what we did. So… my mom and my sister took him to an animal clinic that focuses on horses this morning.

The blood test and the biopsy showed that he had lymphoma. His whole stomach was filled with tumors and his kidneys and intestines had almost stopped to work completely. It was impossible to save him.

I was prepared that we would have to put Andy down since he's been so sick for so long, but I had no idea that is was that bad. I just feel hollow now that I know how bad it was. We've had him for over five years now and it's going to feel so strange to walk into the stable and not see him there anymore…
